Had lunch on inpulse. Beautiful food. But unfortunately quite under-seasoned and tasteless. Service was good but waiting over 15 minutes to receive the menu is a little long for a quiet lunchtime.
A wonderful gustatory experience to remember! It was one of the best and definitely the most original meal I've had in Nantes. We went for the special seasonal menu themed around game meat. Very impressive flavours and pairings (the most memorable for me: the hare à la royale, the pâté en croûte, the little bites at the beginning of the meal such as a kind of frozen beetroot candy, the little tarts with wild herbs and the guimauve with pine needles' infusion at the end of the meal). The wine recommendation went perfectly with the two main plates since they shared the same wild berries notes. The whole meal was a flawless mix of tradition and creativity.

Went there with my partner for dinner, a truly fantastic taste experience with quality service and approachable staff who answered your questions. The chef took us on a journey from A to Z with associations that one would think improbable, but which once combined, create a harmonious and subtle balance in the mouth.
Thanks also to the chef for coming to see us at the end of the meal and for explaining his cuisine and the history of certain dishes or drinks.
I highly recommend it and we will return with our eyes closed.
Very nice table in Nantes. Refined cuisine with astonishing flavors, very beautiful presentation and much less formal service than in some restaurants of the type.
The menu changes regularly and the dishes are very elaborate, even at lunchtime. We discovered unsuspected and very interesting combinations of flavors.
The welcome is very pleasant, the servers are attentive and available.
The place is well decorated and calm, we have a warm time there.
I came twice and was satisfied each time.
